Energy Ball Recipe
Energy Balls are great on-the-go snacks that are quick and easy to make. They are delicious, packed with goodness and the perfect sweet treat for those moments when you crave and need energy.
Ingredients
1 cup ground almonds
1 cup desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling in
1 cup tahini or almond butter
¼ cup raw cacao
¼ cup goji berries
¼ – ½ cup hemp seeds
pinch Himalayan salt
squeeze lemon juice
¼ cup ish maple syrup to sweeten
Optional
spirulina
peppermint or vanilla extract
Method
mix ingredients in a bowl
make into balls (if they are a bit wet add more ground almond or desiccated coconut) and roll in desiccated coconut
store in the fridge for up to 5 days
