To make it easier for you we sell an organic High Energy Trail Mix that is made with raw cocoa, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, raisins, sultanas, gogi berries and cranberries. It tastes even better if you add crystallised ginger and nuts such as almonds or walnuts. Combine it all in a glass jar, an old jam jar is perfect, and keep handy for when you need a snack or feel your blood sugar levels dropping.
